I'm working on vCenter 5.5. Log into vCenter (Windows) and start "VMware vCenter Orchestrator Configuration" service. Once it's started, go to https://192.168.68.8:8283 and start the configuration. Default username: vmware, password: vmware. It will prompt to change password. Once the "VMware vCenter Orchestrator Configuration" page is accessible, start the "VMware vCenter Orchestrator Server" service on the VMware vCenter Orchestrator Configuration page. It took a while to start the service... launch https://192.168.68.8:8281, download vCenter Orchestrator Client and launch it.
